General Research Interest: I
am a demographer/sociologist who studies health and aging issues,
primarily in America. My specific research projects focus on obesity,
widowhood, and caregiving.
Student Participation: Literature reviews, basic statistical analyses
Background Needed:
Competent, motivated, and willing to learn. Should be quantitatively
oriented - must have taken intro level statistics course (and done
well). Should be able to conduct literature reviews via library
resources. Experience with statistical software programming is a plus.
