Background Needed: Math, basic engineering courses.

Student Participation: Electrical, optical, structural characterization of new semiconductor materials. Design & construct electronic characterization apparatus. Computer modelling of process.

Background Needed: Physical chemistry course work completed (desired). Introductory physics (300 series required), mathematics through calculus required.
