Student Participation:Bibliographic research, field studies, survey analysis, methodology
testing, theory development, sketching and multimedia recording.
Background Needed: Basic understanding of architecture; some foundation on philosophy,
psychology, religion or neuroscience (any one of these); research/analytical
skills; visual/artistic & philosophical inclination. If student wants to
engage representation work, then some background in sketching and/or other
graphic media/technique is necessary.
Outside Majors: Arts, Philosophy, Religion, Psychology, Anthropology, Sciences of the
Mind, or other field with ties to Experiential Approaches to the ‘real’.
