Internship opportunities
Enjoy the benefits of working on campus and take advantage of flexible hours and the opportunity to support academic programs through this year-long paid internship. This internship offers insight into University policy and procedures, along with a friendly working environment.
The internship is a paid position ($8 per hour) up to 15 hours per week for the year, starting summer semester or in August. Applicants should:
- have good interpersonal and communication skills
- have completed at least one year at the U of U
- have and maintain a minimum 3.25 cumulative GPA
- maintain full-time student status (12 hours per semester) during the period of the internship
- have word processing/computer skills
Application forms are available at the main desk in the Sill Center (east of Oplin Union parking lot), or print the application (pdf) version of the form. Submit application, two academic references who can be contacted, and a brief personal statement indicating your relevant skills and interests. Call the UGS front desk for information at 581-3811.
